Mrs. Wong from Texas, over the years, has turned into one of the Brand's most important client.
To go with the 11.50 cts Ruby necklace Mr. Xu designed and created for her, Mrs. Wong wanted a pair of ruby earrings.
These two stones were recommended in 2018.
Mrs. Wong wanted to view the stones. So she took a trip to Hangzhou, where Mr. Xu was in 2018. Mr. Xu met up with her and her husband Larry at the Four Seasons Hotel.
They had a very pleasant chat. Prices were discussed and agreed. 50% deposit was paid and the deal was closed.
Mr. Xu chatted extensively with Mrs. Wong on the design she wanted and incorporated a lot of elements she liked into the final rendering. He surprised her with a personal touch on the back of the earrings. When Mrs. Wong was shown the diamond studded S, which is the initial of her English first name, she was deeply touched.
These earrings were personally delivered to Mrs. Wong's residence in Texas in 2018.
